Normans was founded in 1987 by Chartered Surveyor L.P.Norman on the strength of 30 years experience and expertise that built the successful local Ralf's agencies.

In 1994 the estate agency side was taken over by Michael Enticott ANAEA, a very well known local man, who has recruited friendly staff including son-in-law Jolyon Graham FNAEA, now a partner, who has been in estate agency for over 20 years. Jolyon runs the successful North Bersted branch and is complimented by Sue Taylor, who has worked for the company for over 20 years. The North Bersted Branch is complimented by a second branch in the nearby village of Rose Green. The two branches work closely together in marketing properties throughout the Bognor Regis area and surrounding villages.
